Ravintola Degerby Gille
Restaurant Degerby Gille is located in the beautiful old town of Loviisa. The restaurant is open for reservation. Restaurant building was originally built as the main property for a riding horse farm in 1695. Our premises are excellent for arranging all kinds of family feasts as well as various events of companies and meetings, all planned in a customer-oriented way. Gille is also open for lunch on Thursdays.

Pike à la Wallenberg
Our Pike à la Wallenberg is served with potato purée and traditional cucumber salad. Brothers of the Gille Society once stated after a certain dinner that one simply cannot prepare such a delicious dish out of pike! Yes, you can said the kitchen chef Dan Björkström convincing that for this dish you need butter and some cream.
