Degeri Sport Pub & Dine
Degeri, established in the Fall of 2019, is a sporty restaurant for the whole family in the city of Loviisa. This restaurant came into being as its owner Kristian Vuojärvi returned back to his roots and realized his long-standing dream for a sporty restaurant. It got its name from the former Hotel Degerby as that well-known meeting place has already for years been known as Degeri. Restaurant belongs to the KV Restaurants Oy and is run by a number of local professionals in the restaurant branch.

Salmon slider – pickled cucumber & sour cream
A brioche roll from Hardoms bakery is filled with a deep-fried juicy salmon steak slightly seasoned with chili, served with pickled cucumber and sour cream seasoned with lemon.
