Bistro Sinne and Taidetehdas (The Art Factory) are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year! Sinne’s idea is to serve authentic, pure and carefully prepared Nordic food from local ingredients. During 2022 our concept will return closer to its roots and we will celebrate our birthday with a variety of happenings!


Chanterelle en cocotte, rosemary-bacon snow and sorrel

A classic dish from French cuisine that is cooked in a bowl or a casserole. Our Chanterelle en cocotte consists of creamy chanterelle stew, organic eggs, rosemary-
bacon powder and sorrel.

Trash fish? Such fish doesn’t exist and we will show how we create fine dishes of roach, bream, pike or smelt.
